Our working process in 3 easy steps

Renovating or building can be a stressful process so we've put together a simple and straight forward process in getting our products installed in your home.

Planning,Quotation & Final Measure.

With years of experience in the industry, well help you plan your new bathroom and give you a competitive quotation. Happy with the plan & quotation for your new Shower, Steam room, Sauna or Spa bath? Once you've officially accepted the quotation and paid your 50% deposit, we'll come out to take final measures and begin manufacturing your product immediately.

The waiting process

We know & understand that waiting for something as exiting as our products can be frustrating. However because we custom make your product to suit your environment, it will take up to 20 working days. During this time we will be manufacturing your product with great care to make sure that you are happy with the final product.

Installation & Handover

Once your product is ready we will call you for a commencement payment of 40% and to schedule an installation date and time that is convenient for you. The final step. Once were done installing your product, well come out and show you how to use it. That's it!
